Deferred Action: USCIS Postpones Public Meeting

The word on the street is that the program rules for the Deferred Action Program will be published on August 1. Therefore, we were very excited to attend the USCIS Public Engagement Conference Call on July 26 about the Deferred Action Program. Alas, the USCIS cancelled the conference call at the last minute. We are staying tuned & will provide developments when available.
